Recipe: Yentafo Spicy Salad (For 2 servings)
Ingredients: Ong Choy (aka water spinach), seafood, eg. shrimp, fish , squid or fish balls, parboiled and set aside, fresh Chinese celery and onion.
Directions: Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour Yum Yentafo Sauce over the mixture. Toss well with spoon and fork. Then, place on a platter and serve.
Recipe: Yentafo Soup (For 1 serving)
Directions: Place cooked rice noodles, parboiled Ong Choy (aka water spinach), shrimp, squid, fish balls, fried garlic and fried tofu cubes in a bowl. Pour Yum Yentafo Sauce over the mixture. Follow with 1 cup of boiling water (200 - 220 ml).
Ingredients: Sugar 27%, Red Fermented Soybean Curd 12%, Pickled Chili 12%, Water 10%, Garlic 7%, Tomato Paste 6%, Vinegar 5%, Coriander Root 5%, Lime Juice 4%, Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract, Salt, Sugar) 4%, Soy Sauce (Soybean, What, Salt) 2%, Salt 2%, Thickener (Hydroxypropyl Distarch Phosphate) 2%, Accidity Regulator (Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid) 0.5% , Natural Flavour 0.5% , Paprika Powder 0.5% , Stabalizer (Xanthan gum) 0.5%.
