Serving: 4-6 serving
Recipe: Thai Flowers Flavour Agar
1. Mix contents of this packet with 2 cups (480 ml) water.
2. Boil until completely dissolved, stir occasionally.
3. Pour into molds, add any kind of fresh fruits to make "Fruit-Stuffed Agar" when agar begin to set in.
4. Cool until set.
Tips: To speed up the process, place in refrigerator. Agar will set in about 1/2 hour.
Ingredients: Sugar 95.3%, Gelling Agent (Agar) 4.5%, Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxide) 0.1%, Flavouring 0.09%, Red Beet Powder 0.006%, Colour (Poncesu 4R) 0.004%.
