Recipe
Directions (For 2 servings)
1. Dissolve the contents of this packet with 1 cup (240 ml) cold water and stir until completely dissolved. Add 150g shelled musseles* and 2 stalks chopped spring onion. Stir well and divide into 2 portions.
2. In a large pan, bring 4 tablespoons vegetable oil to high heat. Take 1 portion and stir again then add in the pan and spread out evenly.
3. Crack and egg over and quickly spread it on the fried mixture. Fry until crispy and golden on the rim. Flip over and cook until done.
4. Add a handful of bean sprouts (50g) in the pan and stir for a few minutes. Sprinkle white ground pepper and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with chilli sauce.
5. Repeat step 2-4 for other portion.

Tips:
*Oyster or seafood is a good alternative.
