Recipe: Nam Ya
1. Blend the contents of this packet with 100 g. cooked fish or canned tuna.
2. Boil 2 cups (480 ml.) coconut milk. Add the blended fish and bring to a boil. 3. Add fish sauce to taste. Serve with vermincelli, sour pickled mustard, bean sprouts and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients: Galingale 57%, Shallot 12%, Salt 9%, Chilli 7.5%, Galic 7.5%, Lemongrass 5%, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp. Salt) 2%
