A dish serve in elegant Khan Toke dining. Most Thai chili pastes contain fish and crustaceans but no tomatoes, which is where "Nam Prik Ong" differs. Lobo brings the legendary dish containing a multitude of cultures in this packet. Just one packet of "Lobo Nam Prik Ong" and no more mortar or charcoal brazier needed.

Recipe Spicy Northern Thai Pork with Tomato (Nam Prik Ong)
1. Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) vegetable oil. Add 200 gram ground pork and the contents of this packet. Stir thoroughly until cooked.
2. Add 1/2 cup (120ml) of water. Stir thoroughly and summer for 5 minutes. Serve with coriander leaves, cucumber, Chinese cabbage or fresh vegetable as desired.
Optional: For more flavour, decrease water to 1/4 cup(60ml) and add about 150 - 170g chopped fresh tomato.
Ingredients: Shallot 20%, Tomato Paste 16%, Sugar 15%, Refined Soybean Oil 15%, Water 11.5%, Salt 6.5%, Garlic 5%, Chili 5%, Tomato Flakes 4%, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt) 1%, Coriander Root 0.5%, Yeast Extract 0.3%, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid) 0.2%.
