Recipe: Kaeng Pa
1. Heat a skillet and add the contents of this packet and 250g sliced meat or chicken. Stir-fry until done.
2. Add 1 cup (240ml) water. Bring to a boil.
3. Put some eggplants, bamboo shoot, kaffir lime leaves, holy basil leaves and chilli. Season o taste.
4. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
