The use of coconut in Thai cuisine can be described as diverse and endless. Here is one example, in the Thai dessert category. Coconut Agar Dessert, a rather fussy recipe, usually goes well with other sweet agar desserts. With this traditional concept in mind, Lobo has provided a customized solution combining flavour and texture to meet this particular application.

Serving: 4-6 serving
Recipe: Fancy Coconut Agar
1. Mix the contents of this packet with 1 cup (240 ml) water. Boil until completely dissolved. Stir occasionally.
2. Pour into molds about 1/3.
3. Empty one packet of another selected Agar Dessert mix in a small pot (Coffee Flavour Agar used as an example). Add 2 cups (480 ml) water. Bring to a boil.
4. Pour te mixture to fill up the molds. Cool until set.
*Rainbow Agar: Prepare any selected flavours and Coconut Agar in the same procedures. Pour different flavours in layers one at a time. Be sure to cool agar in mold before pouring hot mixture over.
*One packet of Coconut Agar Dessert Mix is sufficient for one packet of another Agar Dessert Mix.
Ingredients: Non-Dairy Creamer (Glucose, Palm Kernel Oil, Sodium Caseinate) 45%, Coconut Milk Powder (Natural Coconut Cream, Glucose Syrup, Sodium Caseinate) 25%, Sugar 20%, Gelling Agent (Agar) 4.6%, Salt 4.6%, Anticaking Agent (Tricalcium Phosphate, Silicon Dioxide) Artificial Flavours.
