Ingredients: Sugar 65%, Salt 13%, Garlic Powder 6%, Fish Sauce Powder (Fish Sauce, Maltodextrin) 5%, Black Pepper Powder 3%, Coriander Root 2%, Colour (Plain Caramel) 1%, Tapioca Starch 1%, Cinnamon Powder 1%, Coriander Seed Powder 1%, Star Anise Powder 1%, Clove Powder 1%.

Allergen Information: Contains fish. May contain shrimp, crab and molluscs (scallop (bivalves), squid).

Preparation: 300g chicken middle wings or other meats, 5 boiled eggs, 1 piece bean curd, cut into bite size or 10 pieces fried tofu (optional)

1. In a pot, dissolve the contents in this packet with 800ml of water (3 1/3 cups). Bring to a boil.
2. Add chicken or other meats. Cook for a few minutes.
3. Add eggs and tofu and simmer for 30 minutes.
