The unique ingredient in this recipe is string bean or yard long bean. However, if it's not available, we recommend fresh green asparagus. It goes well with scallops and baby octopus.

Recipe: Thai Stir-Fry Curry Chicken
1. In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons vegetable oil until medium hot. Add contents of this packet and stir well.
2. Add 200g sliced chicken meat and stir-fry until chicken is cooked.
3. Add 2 tablespoons water (30ml) and 100g string bean. Continue to stir-fry until done.

Ingredients: Coconut Palm Sugar 20%, Lemongrass 18%, Chilli 17%, Garlic 10%, Salt 8%, Galangal 7%, Kaffir Lime Peel 7%, Shallot 6%, Coriander Root 5%, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt) 2%.
