A very easy one-pot seafood dish cooked with subtle Chinese herbs and spices. Always found in luxurious Chinese restaurants, king crab claws or whole lobsters are served in the hot clay pot they are cooked in.

Recipe: Shrimps in Chinese Clay Pot
1. Soak 100 gram green bean noodles, drain and cut into shorter threads then mix well with the contents of this packet.
2. Slice 100 gram back fat of chicken fat. Place at the bottom of Chinese clay pot. Alternatively, pour 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
3. Place green bean noodles on top of the fat, followed by 300 gram fresh shrimps.
4. Cover and place on stove-top at low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Suggested Use: This seasoning can be used with any seafoods.
Ingredients: Ginger 28%, Soy Sauce (Soybean, Wheat, Salt) 22%, Sugar 18%, Garlic 11%, Coriander Root 6%, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate) 5%, Vegetable Oil (Soybean, Sesame) 4.5%, Salt 4.5%, Spices (White Pepper, Star Anise) 1%.
