Recipe: Tempura

1. Dissolve the content of this packet (150g) with 1 cup (240ml) cold water.

2. Prepare 1/2 kg (1 pound) shrimps, leaving on the tails.

3. Heat a skillet with plenty of vegetable oil. Bring to medium heat (175c)

4. Hold shrimps by the tails, dip in the batter thoroughly. Place in the skillet immediately.

5. Deep fry until golden brown. Place on absorbent paper and serve at once.
