Usage Direction
1. Prepare meat or vegetable, drain out the water.
2. Pour 160 ml of cold water into 90 g flour.
3. Dip prepared food into wet batter mix. Fry in medium heat until crispy golden brown.

Tip
– To keep it long last crispiness, dissolve flour in cold water.
– Be aware less adhesion due too much water dilution.
– Predust meat before battering for long lasting crispiness.
– Fry in oil with medium heat level.
– Avoiding oil addition during frying due to high oil absorption.
– Pick food up before closing gas.
