Thai Aree’s lemongrass chicken marinade combines great Thai herbs for a perfect taste. It is very convenient, easy and ready to use. We select best quality ingredients from our local reliable sources. Turmeric, lemongrass and pepper are all carefully selected and combined for a perfect balanced recipe to create our “homemade Thai taste”

How to prepare
1. Prepare Chicken or meat of your choices 300g
2. Put Chicken Marinade about 15 minutes or other meat with sauce, mix well and leave it for 15 minutes.
3. Bake marinated chicken in a heated oven at 180c for about 15-20 minutes, or panfry chicken using low heat with a bit of oil. Flip over when necessary.
4. Once the meat is cooked, it is ready to serve.
Remark: Sauce can also be used for dipping.
Ingredients: Fish sauce 35%, Coconut Sugar 27%, Garlic 15%, Lemongrass 8%, Coriander root 8%, Pepper 4.7%, Tumeric 1%(Acidity regulator (INS270), Thickener(INS1442))
